AT&T line-shared ADSL1, up to 6Mbps, requires an AT&T voice line, and uses AT&T DSLAMs. This is an unregulated product, and wholesale availability to ISPs is by commercial agreement.
Fusion, which is ADSL2+ today, up to 20Mbps (40Mbps with bonding), this is a regulated CLEC product delivered over a regulated UNE-L, using our own DSLAM/MSAP/Voice equipment which is colocated in each central office where we offer service.
