It's strange because congestion is something I never encountered since Videotron started the cable service in my city. I've been with Videotron since the year 2000. Since 2005 by myself in different appartments and I never got any slowdowns unless there was a specific issue that needed fixing. Can't say I like it a lot so far... I find it strange I would get congestion/slowdowns on the same network just by switching to Teksavvy.

Teksavvy had the same issue a while back with the Videotron network, they had to upgrade their capacity between them and Videotron... it's likely the same issue.
