I'm not mixed up. It's all about GoDaddy as far as I can tell. If they didn't want to shut it down, they would simply tell the "truth squad" to get a court order¹. That's what I would do.
¹ Edit: Assuming that some truth squad actually brought something to the attention of GoDaddy. |
