Bandwidth Management?

nycboyga posted : I have the 2Wire RG, Model 3801HGV. I'm trying to find out if there is a way to manage how much bandwidth a certain family member uses. I have the 12mbps/1.5mbps service and this other family member is always watching Netflix. My speed, obviously suffers and grinds to a crawl. I get highly aggravated by this so I need to know if there's a way I can limit that persons bandwidth to say 4mbps, while I keep the 8mbps. I pay the bill so I'm entitled to most of the bandwidth but I'm not greedy or selfish. I anxiously await any help I can get.
