| [2K3] FRS Issue - Manually copy SYSVOL? Hello all,
I am working on an issue with a really crappy 2K3 server. FRS has never worked and now the server is finally being replaced. We still can not get FRS to work after 3 weeks of troubleshooting RPC/DNS/Other issues that are popping up. So it has been decided to just manually copy the SYSvol from the crappy server up to the primary.
How can this be done in the most simplest way? On the old server can I just stop the FRS service, and do a drap and drop to a mapped drive on the primary? I am kind of new to having to troubleshoot FRS so any help will be appreciated.
