So on June 19 I setup autopay and figured everything was fine. Today I get notification that my new bill was ready and when I went to look at it, it is showing that the new amount due is $274.45 which includes the previous balance and the 127.25 in new charges.
So I pulled up the PDF of BOTH bills to compare.
My original bill is showing not due until July 3, 2012. Service for that billing period is 06/05 through 07/04.
The new bill is due July 15, 2012. Service period is 07/05 through 08/04.
So my question is that if I have autopay on, and the original bill is NOT DUE until July 03, then how can it be PAST DUE? |

even though it seem like its saying OVERDUE/SENT FOR COLLECTION. It's really a milder " pay before due" type notice. |
