just wanted to advise that we are currently receiving a large volume of calls/orders and so emails sent to sales mailbox are processed as first in first out.
Our current ETA for email answer currently exceed 48 hours.
The best way to order remain filling up the online form as we can process them outside office hours when there is an overflow.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Aren't all emails processing on a "first in first out" policy? That's how I thought most people used email :P |

RicHSAD join:2003-07-16 Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC | I have worked in a "Call Center" and when you are overloaded with emails, you pretty much never read the emails as they come in. This is why sending follow up emails is pointless as they will never read until well after the original email has been processed. |

This is why sending follow up emails is pointless as they will never read until well after the original email has been processed. Normally I agree with you having worked in at a helpdesk myself. However, I've emailed Ebox twice in the past week and they've gotten back to me pretty quickly considering how overloaded they are =)
But I'm the exception to this rule since I have filtering and rule so my emails are organized and I'm very anal about reading emails (or at the very least glancing over them briefly) as they arrive. |
