[Eastern Ontario] PACE RNG200 DVR Problems
After weeks of constant rebooting of my PACE RNG200 DVR (4-5 times a day) I called Cogeco AGAIN, and was told, sorry we can't fix it.
The Cogeco rep read what was obviously a prepared script from her computer terminal that essentially said yes we know about the problems with PACE RNG200 DVRs but we can't fix it. So just be patient and we'll get back to you when we fix the problem.
Has any on else had this response??
Our RNG200 had problems accessing On Demand (E6303), and it took 2 weeks before it was remotely fixed. Only 1 out of 3 technical support staff knew what the problem really was (something about the DVR's IP address not being recognized by Cogeco's servers).
I'd advise that you keep calling tech support until you get somebody who knows more than how to read a script.
