New account from old device

I have a VM Broadband2Go 3G device that I like. My Father is getting one Saturday (today is Thursday). Can I connect my device to his computer tomorrow (Friday) and set up an account for him in advance so he can plug in and go on Saturday? Will it mess up account info on my device?

If he will be getting a new device you will just need to wait to setup the account and plan when he has the device.

If you are just wanting to install the software on his machine using your device, that should work with no problems... but he will still need to activate his device once he gets it. The authentication is done on the device not the software if that helps any.
