The bad news is that it took us longer than expected to get our upgrade in place. Videotron is typically very quick with supplying capacity however in this specific case, there were unfortunately delays in procuring the backhaul. The good news is that the installation of the new circuit is scheduled for the morning of July 25th. Yes, that is tomorrow morning. It will immediately alleviate the current capacity issues and provide a fair amount of headroom for growth. With the recent delays, we did not want to give false hope nor disappointment with respect to missing installation dates so we held off giving the news until we were very certain the upgrade was taking place. Hemish join:2012-05-31 Riviere-Du-Loup, QC Reviews: ·TekSavvy Cable	reply to TSI Martin I performed 3 speedtest yesterday at 18h30, 20h00 and 22h00 and while it didn't spike to 30mbps as quickly as usual, the speed reached 30mbps and was stable where it jumped all over the place before (when not at less than 1mbps). We'll see how it goes in the next weeks. Hopefully we're good for a while!
