Re: i hate ATT I really do!well.....let me ask you this...how were they able to justify that you did in fact use 90% usage already? was there like a visual chart or graph or something that you can see online or on paper?
I have read people getting emails, notices about their usage but ATT couldn't really justify it. Some even reporting inaccuracies...
I did ditch ATT for Comcast Biz when they started implementing caps. I justified my Biz connection since I cut the cable / satellite completely and had to make sure connection uptime. |

They do have a graphic meter which I just don't bother to see, because if I call to complain there is only 2 outcomes. 1. I get kicked out from the service. 2. Take it like a man and still throwing my money at them since nobody is going to side with me, even if my router meter shows otherwise.
I am thinking in the possibility of changing to Comcast internet or move to a business dsl with att which costs the same and in the long run it will be cheaper |
