[Email/WebMail] Anyone else having problems sending email?

I have a Windows Phone 7 Phone.

Never ever had troubles. I cannot stand the Flash based junk they call mail, so I only access my Charter Email via my phone. Been doing this for years.

Today, I can recieve emails via my phone but its been hours now and I am unable to send emails/replies via Charter.net. Its not the phone because I have no issue with Google, yahoo, hotmail etc. Just charter. Like I said, I can recieve, but I cannot send over WiFi or Cellular network.

Don't know who to even call to complain to

Check your security settings and port settings, they prob disabled non secure SMTP like google did years ago and I hope you're already using IMAP and not POP3.

On your computer I would use Thunderbird. »www.getthunderbird.com

Incoming Email Server: mobile.charter.net
Port: 993
Outgoing Email Server: mobile.charter.net
