Does anyone have an idea for what the costs might be for upgrading an ADSL network to ADSL2+, or to Bonded ADSL2+? I assume there are costs associated with replacing customer premise equipment if its not compatible with bonding, but I'd appreciate any additional information on what other aspects of the network would need to be upgraded, and what those costs might be. Anything related to DSLAM or cabinet requirements would be fantastic.
