[TekTalk] TekTalk - Long Distance Billing?

How is TekTalk long distance billing done on the Basic plan? I just received my 2nd TekTalk bill since getting it activated on fully with a ported number on June 4th. 1st bill was when signing up for TekTalk. Only the $9.95 charge for TekTalk + HST.

Have yet to see a long distance bill and calling 1-700-555-4141 does not work on TekTalk.

Call have only been Ontario and Quebec but on the basic plan I thought it was $0.029 per minute.
