Ottawa, ON | [Homephone] Bell is screwing my parents on bogus Long distance c My mother today got a shock when she received a $400 bill full of long distance numbers she didn't dial directly. She uses calling cards to call long distance number and she follows the proper procedures (dial the calling card's local number, enter PIN, dial the long distance number).
My father called Bell and inquired about the problem, the agent acknowledged they had these type of problems in the past but didn't budge.
Can you guys/gals have an opinion on what they should do? Because dealing with Bell is a nightmare. They've already switched to TekSavvy long distance so hopefully, they won't have that problem now. |
