[TWC] Extreme Powerboost?

Does Time Warner not have powerboost on extreme and turbo packages anymore, my friend's internet no longer bursts since he has upgraded to those packages.

On TWC's system thats true, but I know cox does have powerboost on Docsis 3 tiers. "Actual speeds vary. PowerBoost temporarily increases your download speeds for the first 18 – 22 MB of a file when extra bandwidth is available. PowerBoost is only available with Cox Preferred, Premier and Ultimate service." -From the Cox site. With my docsis 3 modem I don't get powerboost anymore(grandfathered 15/1 Turbo plan), even though no D3 here, so yes, its definitely true on TWC.

TWC does not offer powerboost with wideband or extreme.

Docsis3 can do it.

It was always pretty worthless anyway. It's primary goal was to make the user feel better about the speedtest numbers.

I never knew how much time I could waste on the Internet before it was so fast!

The most useless feature ever introduced by webby outfits.
