Android - FiOS Remote - No STB found
Within the last day or so, when using my Adnroid devices (2 of them) I noticed that when I try to load the FiOS Remote (to actually control the STB) I am getting "No STB Found".
My iPads seem to be OK for now
I can connect to the DVRs and see my recordings and schedules.
To troubleshoot, I went into the Remote Widget and removed all of my devices and went through the PIN setup. I also noticed that it is no longer listing the phones by phone number, but as "device 1, Dvice 2, etc).
Right after the setup, the connection seems to work but when I move on to the next box and set that up (it makes you load the widget on each STB before it can be seen) I start to get the No STB Found error.
I have rebooted the Router and all of the STBs.
Like I said, this is happening on both of my Android phones.
I was curious if anyone else is seeing this.

Clear the cache and data for all Verizon apps, restart the device and try again. This fixed it for me.
Thanks for the idea...
I cleared the cache and data and went through the setup again, but I'm getting the same problem..
Sometimes 1 or 2 STBs (out of 4) show up...most of the time none of them are there...
I do see connectivity as when I search for devices, the icon flashes on the tv screens, they just don't show up on the androids.
Try re-booting your modem. I had to do that one time in order to see the DVD.

Make sure your connected to the actiontec wifi.
Some people have two routers and it won't connect through a 2nd router from my experience.

I only have one router...the Actiontec. I'm still not having any luck with the Droids..iPads are still working. I'm not exactly sure when it stopped working, but I know it's been about a week.
Oh well..I'm tired of going from room to room and loading and reloading the widget. It's a small feature I use every once in a while. Everything else is working, so I don't want to reset anything else in fear something else will stop working
