I have never had trouble with connections before, but the past few days have been very bad and today no connection at all. Is there something we need to be notified of? Could Cogeco send us an email to notify us of what is happening?
Your better off calling Cogeco (on your cell phone). They won't be sending you an email from a request here. Maybe if your lucky one of the Cogeco techs (the few that still stop by here) will see this and PM you.
