 McBane join:2008-08-22 Plano, TX | After you have verizon swap over your internet to ethernet, you just swap the WAN connection in your router settings from Coax to Ethernet. Your router will still serve the LAN Coax for the STBs and the ONT will still serve the broadcast signal for them. |

 | Verizon can do it by phone...just call their tech support. It will take them a few minutes to make the change. I stood in front of my ONT and watched the change happen, while they had me on hold.
Depending on the representative that answers your call, be prepared to explain why you're doing it. Feel free to be creative. |
