I'll run my own router as I don't enjoy the Cisco's. I talked to my ATT rep at work when I signed up for Fiber there, they were talking around $250 a month, but that may be me getting some discounts since we use them for a Phone-T1, Internet Fiber, and Cellular.

Definitely ready for a change.
