Yes we're back in business. Super slow internet speeds. Watching a movie on Netflix and we constantly get a buffering message. 0.1MPS

Your SNR looks a little low, and that could be causing the slow speeds. We may need to get a technician out to take a look. It was good until earlier today.

According to the meter on the Netflix screen it's fluctuating between 0.2 and 1.0Mbps as of 6:30pm 7/2/12

...update

the intermittent audio issue is back. It only happens on the signal coming from the cable box through HDMI output. A TV in the kitchen connected straight to cable does not have the audio issue.
