The modem can be used by 3rd party ISP customers as we have proven that with a Teksavvy user...his router behind the Sagemcom (bridge) and no problem whatsoever. The Sagemcom tries to take the user to the "walled garden" and that is where it will fail with a 3rd party user ID. Otherwise it works fine on a Teksavvy service line.
