The routing of normal internet traffic could be different from the routing of the IPTV traffic with respect to the DPI devices. Perhaps they are still affecting the "normal" traffic even though the restrictions have been turned off. Just a hunch.
It's the same routing for Internet. Internet is still on the same VLAN with or without IPTV is active. The only difference is the profile, which has more noise impulse setting on IPTV profiles, just like maintenance profiles.
