Unfortunately, the lack of HD's cannot equal a return for me to Comcast's horrible technical support. I'm not sure if CC of NJ/Union has the lineup Matt gets down there. It never used to. Honestly, from reading his posts, CC does a nice job in their home market, as well as up in Mass. But they are by far the worst cable company New Jersey has ever had.
Regardless, I'm stuck in another FIOS contract for awhile, so I can't drop it, but the raising of the STB rates is enraging, as is the unending lies about adding HD channels.
