I wish I new how to effectively escalate my issue.. In fact, I used those very words, "I'd like you to escalate this call, I'd like a manager to review this issue' -- once i got a help desk supervisor. Each department says another department controls provisioning, they are quick to pass the baton, none of them are helpful. I found when I dial the operator I cannot even speak with my local office anymore, they connect to 800 number. Sad.
