July 4th Off Peak Minutes?

Anyone know if Verizon still considers major holidays like 4 July, Christmas etc as "off peak/weekend" air time? I am on a 700 minute family share plan.

Many years ago legal holidays were off-peak but not anymore.

I took a look at the VZW site and couldn't find where they are specific about it. Only the times are listed...

Night Hours: (M-F) 9:01 p.m.-5:59 a.m.
Weekend Hours: 12:00 a.m. Sat.-11:59 p.m. Sun.

My wife spends Thanksgiving on the phone with family and those calls are definitely shown as peak usage. Thank goodness many are on VZW and mobile to mobile is free!

Thanks. That is what is suspected. Verizon has really become a second class organization.

I agree on that!

On another note. When I first signed up years ago, the start time for weekdays was 8pm. I don't ever recall being notified that the time had changed to 9pm.

I would say more but my post would be deleted.
