Yea they have a office in Jacksonville FL and he is probably in there office running a speedtest.

Yeah you know it is BS just by looking at the 25ms ping time, LOL he works for Convergsys in their Jacksonville, FL office supporting U-Verse, I guess he believes that means they are using U-Verse for their office internet.

And you wonder why AT&T reps are clueless?

I get consistent 26ms pings with uverse, sometimes a bit lower but never higher than 26ms. For some reason the packet test always fails, probably a firewall issue.

Here..fixed it, Java was outdated
