[CA] [San Diego] Connection hell Kept getting disconnected from Blizzard's Diablo III server today, and our VOiP quality (voipo) has gone to crap for the past few weeks, as well as what seems like massive amounts of random packet loss forcing browser reloads and sometimes approaching 56K wait times no matter if I use Cox, Google, or OpenDNS servers. Noticed that the reboot time for our SB5101 has slowed considerably, possibly because of all these errors?

On real account now, had to reregister after idle username deactivation.
Smokeping's probably going to be the place to watch everything go downhill (over the next 2 days that I set it to run) after the immediate post-reboot line quality test. Since it's been this bad, modem and router reboots haven't resulted in long-lasting improvement.
P.S. I called my voicemail-to-email number before the reboot and can Dropbox that if you want to hear how bad it gets.

Just used VOIPo's network checker and sent them the results (I've IMed the link to CoxSanDiego, but if you're on the authorized support list, let me know and I'll send it to you too). This is what they said:
Thank you for your email Jonathan. I have examined your trace-route thoroughly. Based on my examination, you will need to contact your ISP and show the trace-route. The ISP will need to resolve your intermittent issues there.
