What is the sig strength quoted by your device that is having trouble connecting? Is it a laptop, desktop, gaming console?

Where is the device located in reference to the router? Above, below, etc. and how far away are you from it?

What channel are you on?

Are getting disconnected or just experiencing slow speeds?

Are you near other people such as an apt complex or townhouse etc?
