[Tampa] Windows7 Error message; Network

I monitor my Windows Systems logs due to an issue I encountered several months ago...which was corrected.

However today I saw this error (it was logged 4 times one after the other):

The machine-default permission settings do not grant local activation permission for the COM server application with CLSID (a Bunch of numbers and codes to mnay to type here) to the user (PC Name)\(my Networks SID name) from address LocalHosts (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative Tool

This looks like something to do with my Lightning Router? I write this because the error dsiplays my PC anme and my network SID Nmae.......

This is a windows msg and you would probably be best posting this in the windows forum. It does not have anything to do with your modem however.
