Re: I have a Cisco router and it runs DD-WRT Prior problems with Linksys/Cisco product support is one reason I always advise home and small business customers that if they must purchase a router from them to first check the DD-WRT supported list of devices and make sure that the model they want is on that list.

This gives them access to optional firmware should they too become unhappy with the company. Just don't get a device that shoes WIP or work in progress on the list. I tell them if it's not on the list I will only provide limited support later if or when things go wrong with the device. |
