CIA/3Web/Distributel Home Phone (SPA-2102) and Router?

Hi there, I manager to put spa2102 behind router and it works but it resyncs automatically and the NAT settings go back to being no and web management becomes disabled. How do you disable the auto -resync I am assuming that is what causing these settings to go back.
