First Smart Meter Bill

I go my first "Smart Meter" bill from Star Tex and have already paid it. It was $85 which seemed pretty well in line with the same period last year.

I guess the "Smart Meter" wasn't so smart as I just got an additional bill for $23 which in total is only $13 higher than for the same period last year. With the early high temps in the May-June timeframe I am not suprised.

Calling in the morning for an explanation.
