In XP you have that option when installing software if you have the only administrator account. You can enable for all users or just administrator.
For programs already enabled for "all users" type, Gpedit.msc in Start, Run to open Group Policy editor.

Trying Applocker and it's not working? I put in the path for firefox and clicked saved and closed it and then pressed firefox in the taskbar and it opened right up  |
