Re: [Modem] Modem SN Margin needs to be 9.0 dB, or higher, for reliable service. Under 6.0 and things will fall apart real fast. If this became manifest within the last couple of days, then something has changed. Could be a dying modem, but I'd go for the simple stuff first. If your DSL is shared with dial tone, is there any noise (crosstalk or static) on the line. Also check filters, and that any screw terminals are tight.
