Any thing else? I spent 3 hrs on the phone on 7/4 to no avail, they sent a truck today and ATT guy checked my line, said there was nothing wrong with it, the guy acted like I was wasting his time. I had to ask him to check it at the box on the house and he did and said "nothing wrong". He took the drop wires loose and checked them back to att. Said must be somthing inside or computer. I have 2 computers doing the same thing! When I got home yesterday the internet light was blinking green on the modem and I had to reboot it. There is a reset button on the modem, what does that do? |
