Try searching "Arris TG852 bridge mode" and look at posts from BrightHouse, TWC and RoadRunner.

You also need to speak with Tier 3 for tech support.

TWC simply said, "We are not going to support you private WiFi."

They will miss out on $ 60.00 per year if you go private since TWC charges $ 5.00 per month just to turn on WiFi.
