Intermittent DSL Speeds....PLEASE HELP

I have Century Link DSL 25mpbs down and 2mbps up. Sometimes I get this speed but most of the time my internet sits around 3 mbps down. I don't understand what is going on. I have called out more than 10 technicians that have checked all of my connections inside my house, outside my house and at the end of my street. They can't figure it out.

I completed the the ping test. Here are my results:»/pingtest/5a23···06?r=739

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

You are not the only one. Look here »CenturyLink and have a mod move this to that forum.

It is very common for CL to oversell an area and cause a substantial drop in speed.

Also, your ping times go South as soon as you hit the the CL backbone.
