It used to be a new bundle was only if you added or removed a service. Not if you changed a service level. But Verizon quickly found out they could grab us by the **** and there is not much we can do about it. Even last month a CSR told me I could keep the same bundle and increase my speed, or go with a new bundle which would increase my commitment term and extend my discount. They lie like a rug! DO NOT believe anything unless it is in writing, and even then it is written in legal garbage that can be interpreted any way you like.
I have seen very recently one of their LEGAL Contracts that said they could back out any time after it was signed, and that they where not bound by it. So tell me how that is a contact? Trash!

FYI that bundle cost 20 bucks more a month anywhere else outside of the NY market
