What model modem? Is IP Flood Detection turned off on it?

I'm guessing a Motorola SBG6580...

hi, yes it is a motorola sbg6580

the ip flood detection is off

everything is unchecked on the firewall

and everything is unchecked on the advanced setting except the upnp... napt mode is enabled and so is dhcp
