| [BC] How does Optik High Speed Work? I understand it requires Optik TV but is there a modem for the Internet?
I was going through the order process online and I chose to purchase the PVR in order to avoid the rental charge. There was no mention of a modem. Should I be purchasing one? |

| The modem is included. Only Shaw requires purchase of a modem for certain packages. |

No need to. Modem will be supplied by the tech at no charge as free rental.
