I have a new basement window - precise slider with the inside pane cracked. In looking at pane i cannot get out the glass as it has weatherstripping around window pane. How do i get out?

Is the slider cracked or the fixed side? If it's the slider just lift up, then pull the bottom out of the track. Now take the slider to your local glass place, and they can take it from there. If it's the fixed side, there is usually some type of removable trim around the edge holding the glass in.
