Been with them over a decade and up until the last few years, support was great. I've had tickets go unanswered for over a week, sometimes being closed out without ever being addressed. Service is unreliable at best. My 'backup' data T1 was out solid for over 3 months and requests to cancel it went ignored for nearly a month until I email bombed the hell out of them.
