Same problem as most here - my internet drops once or twice a day (that I notice) and is down for a couple minutes.
Just signed up this month and it's been happening since day one. Is there any info I can gather that would help TS before reporting the problem? At work so I'm not 100% sure what my modem is, but I paid for a "Techicolor" modem and they sent me a "Thompson" modem, not sure if that's a big deal.
If I have firmeware 2.08 can I just ask for a new one with 2.16 or do I have to go through a big song and dance with them?
As long as the modem is under warranty, if you are having issues with it, then there is no fees for the exchange.
