android01 posted : Thanks Martin, will open a ticket with you guys now.
Aside from the twice daily network resets , which I've grown accustomed to. I've seen my speed tank over the last 12 hours starting around sunset last night. Ive got the 70 dollar cable package, a brand new n66u router , just reformatted my gaming machine with all the latest drivers and up until last night was able to do downloads and speed tests pushing the big 4000. ( more like 3.1Mbps on steam downloads ) now i can barely break 200kbps and i haven't changed a single thing. Power cycling Modem, then router then laptop in that order before applying a new speedtest yielded the same results. Even tried other servers , same low speed. My 1080p youtube videos are like watching a slide show. Even with my modem rebooting twice a day it only frustrated me for 30 seconds. But now that im stuck in the slow lane im watching the speedtest needle bounce similar to the upload throttle and doing a real " Hmmmmm" here. i wonder if the 50 gb i downloaded yesterday put me on the rogers naughty slow lane list.

KC108 posted : I've been having the exact same issues that everyone else is describing. I've been with Teksavvy for almost a week now (switched from Rogers) and my connection drops multiple times a day. Sometimes it happens 3 times within 10 minutes (which just happened) or it may be fine for a couple hours. It's very random. I'm using the TCM476 on the most recent firmware AFAIK - 2.3.1. I know it's not the router because it didn't have any issues when I was with Rogers a week ago. I've even reset the router and upgraded the firmware. In terms of the modem, I've already power cycled it. This is simply ridiculous, I pay every month for a service that is flawed. Attached is a screenshot from WinMTR. I've also posted my problem in the Direct Forum but wanted to confirm that I'm still having the issue with 2.3.1. By the way, I'm located in Unionville.
<TABLE WIDTH=95% align=center border=0 CELLPADDING=4">

RyanOtt posted : I've had this issue since joining teksavvy. Reboots several times a day. I've switched modems from thomson to modorola and the problem remains. Teksavvy techs keep trying to blame the modem - I wonder if they even look at these threads as there is lots of good info here. I had them re-provision my old docs 2 modem a few months ago and the problem went away - I am convinced it is a bonding issue but can't get teksavvy to re-provision this old modem again as they say Rogers won't do it. Absolutely frustrating. Teksavvy deals with me like I am the only one with this problem and I've jumped hoops for them for months. I almost to the point of going to bell or even back to Rogers.
