Could someone check the wire maps for this location?
A client of mine has a business at the southwest corner of 135th Street and Antioch Road in Overland Park, Kansas. Here is the oficial USPS address from the Zip+4 lookup page:
9089 W 135TH ST OVERLAND PARK KS 66221-2005
When I search at the Uverse page, I get:
We're sorry. We can't find any address that matches the one you entered.
This is a recently built-up area, surrounded by both residential and business development.
Due to the inability of the AT&T sale force to look this up, the client had been forced to buy a fricken T1 line, split between their telephone and Internet needs and it is now saturated. They need more bandwidth.
Is there anyone here who can check the actual wire maps and convince the salesdrones that either Uverse or DSL is possible at this location like it is in the luxury housing development directly across the parking lot? Or the other luxury housing development directly across the street?
