[Equipment] Clearwire Voyager Hotspot - User ManualAside from the Quick Starter Guide » www.clear.com/cms/files/ ··· uide.pdfand the Spec Sheet » www.clear.com/cms/files/ ··· heet.pdf, does anyone have a more in-depth User Manual for the Voyager Hotspot? |

I would like to know if there is any way to close Port 53. (see my earlier post: » Clearwire Voyager Hotspot Leaves Port 53 Open) and to set OpenDNS |

Port 53 being open is not limited to the Voyager. I checked my Clear Hub with Wi-Fi and port 53 is open as well. 53 is DNS and pointing nslookup at it doesn't yield any results. I really don't know why it is open unless it's some sort of back door for Clear??? Pure speculation of course. |

Unfortunately, there is no way to close port 53.
However, I would expect this to be fixed in the next maintenance release. (But I don't know when that will be.)
Port 53 is not used by Clear for anything. |

Thanks for the answers re Port 53.
Another question: Is there any way to put all the ports on "Stealth".
Most wi-fi routers (Linksys DIR-825, etc.) can do that.
According to www.grc.com, this is much more secure. |
