I would really like to know why was my Acanac service suddenly cut off after a lady from your retention service called to find out how happy are we with the upgraded service that we paid weeks ago and never got.
When we logged the issue (RXL-97177) we got an answer that a technician will come on the 16th to install a new line - THAT IS 6 days from today. I need the service installed immediately!!!

Our number is 1-866-281-3538. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00am-10:00pm. We ask the carrier for the dates and they give us an assigned date. They do not allow us to change those dates.
