[TiVo] Whole home bundle preview troubleshooting Milton, MA
i recently had the whole house bundle Installed but the preview box is not showing "my shows" that were successfully recorded by the main box. I went to TiVo>settings & messages> settings> network> connect to the TiVo service now. The status says "succeeded" as a MoCA connection with a next attempt scheduled for 3am tomorrow morning.
Am I missing something? The main box works like a charm, but I'm puzzled by the preview box. It hasn't worked since installation. Regretfully, I didn't think to try it while the installer was here.
