morboComplete Your Transaction join:2002-01-22 00000 | current pricing for HSI and HD tv (no premium channels)? My Charter pricing has crept up over the years, and now I'm at $110 for internet and HD expanded service.
I'm paying 49.99 for internet and the rest is tv and the various sham fees. What are the deals being made for existing customers? |

 | This is their new pricing sheet www.charter.com/tvpackages I'm a current customer and they refuse to put me on any type of promo, but others on this forum claim otherwise. -- dream your dreams with open eyes and make them come true... |

There is a chance the folks in the Charter Direct Forum may be of help.
The only place you will get the straight scoop is at your local Charter Office.
One caution is be nice and sympathetic. The office folks are being deluged with irate demanding entitled customers, so a smile and nice talk go a long ways to getting the person to go to the screen for the real goodies.
Do be sure to ask about the fine print, which you definitely will not get on the phone or online. -- DadCooks (aka Eric) |

There is a lot of bargaining power when you have equipment in hand.
That is why when you try to get a deal over the phone Charter can easily call your bluff, even if you ask to be transferred to "Retention". |
